Start with your favourites. What fruit or veggie do you eat the most? Start buying its organic variant from next time. Since you eat a lot of this, the impact on your diet will be significant. #2 Thin skin? Switch these first. Tomatoes, grapes, cabbage, gourds, gobi, capsicum, brinjal...these have thin or no skin. Switch to the organic variant of these, to reduce exposure to
pesticides that are directly sprayed. #3 Think beyond fruits & veggies Rice, wheat, dal, pulses, beans etc. form a major part of our diet. Why not choose organic here too?
